Yoga city break to Lisbon

a weekend city break plus a bit of yoga thrown in

Join me for a long weekend in Lisbon, where we will combine yoga retreat and city break ~ every day we will have a two-hour practice to energise and balance body and mind so you are ready to discover this beautiful city.   

Friday

Arrival day, and time to settle into your accommodation. We will have a little gathering in the evening and a short meditation, before heading out for dinner together. 

Saturday / Sunday

We will have yoga from 10am until 12pm at Little Yoga Space. The studio couldn’t be any more central, so it’s very easy to explore the sights or to go shopping from there. I will provide you with a map of the city and tell you what not to miss when in Lisbon. If you want, I am also very happy to organise joint dinners at some of my favourite restaurants in town. 

Monday

We have a final yoga practice in the morning from 10am till 12pm. Feel free to make the most of the day and only book your return flight for the evening. Or of course you can head home straight after yoga.
